Paul Hart, Senior Training Specialist and Project Manager for Monster Canada, will be reviewing the enhancements to the Monster website launched in January.  He will provide best practices to optimize your resume for recruiters.  In addition, he will look at creating a profile, uploading a resume and present the recruiter’s point-of-view to help maximize your exposure.
