		<description>Excellent post, with great suggestions.  I particularly love the comment about smiling! It does lift your spirits, and the spirits of those around you.

Late last year, my Mother died.  I will always miss her enormously, but a very wise friend told me to smile when I think about her or talk about her.  I do, and it really helps!

If smiling helps in dealing with the loss of a loved one, it will certainly help in dealing with job loss.</description>
