		<description>It is very encouraging indeed Martin, and it is enough of a positive sign to spur people on to polish up that resume and start working on the business of job hunting. Now that there is hope and continues to be hope, I think jobseekers need to look at it as a lottery -- you have to be in it, to win it!</description>
