Now, clients asked me, ‘Well, I have no leadership experience.’ Well, you need to gain that experience, but you need to start off from rock bottom. Neither did any of your leaders, your current bosses, your current leaders. And neither did any of the leaders managing corporate functions today. So be bold, highlight your performance, highlight your skills, and execute a job search to go become a leader. Because there are plenty of opportunities waiting for you. Now, all leaders have to start somewhere.
