The major premise was that it’s easier to be Found than Find a job. This is based on using the online tools available to promote yourself on the web, now used as a prime research and screening tool. David’s method of search for senior executive candidates across North America and it works very well, is to use the following: (membership-based) 

Type your name in any of these sites. Do you have a presence? If so, are you prominent? Does the content do you justice? Are you showing your true colours?
